摘要
以纳米ZnO和AgNO3溶液为原料,采用掺杂的方法制备了改性的塑料用ZnO添加剂,通过其光催化降解亚甲基蓝的效果评价了样品的光催化性能。实验结果表明,当银的掺杂量为2.8%,光催化剂添加浓度是0.8g/L时,此时Ag/ZnO复合粉体对亚甲基蓝的光催化降解效果最好。制备的Ag/ZnO复合粉体在紫外光区和可见光区都有较强的吸收,且吸收峰波长和Ag与纳米ZnO相比都出现了一定程度的红移。
With nano-ZnO and AgNO:solution as material,the modified ZnO additive for plastic was prepared by doping method. The photocatalytic properties of the sample were evaluated by the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue. The experiment results showed that Ag/ZnO composite powders had the best photocatalytic degradation effect of methylene blue when the doping amount of silver was 2.8%,and the photocatalyst adding concentration was 0.8g/L. Prepared powders had strong absorption in the ultraviolet and visible light region, the absorption peak wavelength appeared a certain degree of red-shifts compared to the nanc-ZnO and silver. Silver doping evidently improved the photocatalytic properties of nano-ZnO.
