摘要
以有机硅柔软剂配成涂层浆,对织物进行夜光涂层,讨论了有机硅柔软剂的添加量对夜光涂层织物发光性能、耐磨性能和织物风格的影响。结果表明:随着有机硅柔软剂添加量的增多,涂层织物的发光性能减小,其耐磨性能也有稍许的下降,但其拉伸特性及弯曲特性变大,对织物的柔软作用较显著。当有机硅柔软剂添加量在3%时,涂层各方面性能比较优异。
The luminous coating of fabric with coating agent used with silicone softener was carried out. The influence of addition of silicone softener on luminescent performance, friction resistance and handle of the fabric were discussed. The results showed that with the increase of silicone softener, the brightness of luminous coated fabric decreased, the friction resistance also declined slightly, while the tensile strength and bending were enhanced significantly. The softness effect of silicone softener on luminous fabric was significant. The coating performance was satisfactory under the condition of silicone softener was added to 3 %.
