XIAP在凋亡信号传导通路中的作用及对肾癌耐药性的影响

摘要 凋亡抑制蛋白是一组能抑制细胞凋亡的蛋白,命名为IAP（inhibitors of apoptosis protein）.到目前为止在人体中共发现八个IAP家族成员,包括Survivin、ILP2、MLIAP、XIAP、cIAP1、cIAP2、NIAP、BRUCE.其中XIAP（X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis-X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白）是人体中抑制凋亡效果最强的内源性IAP.XIAP的异常表达在肾癌的发生发展过程及耐药性方面起到重要作用.近年来以XIAP为靶点的抗肿瘤技术发展迅速.
