静脉滴注地尔硫治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

An observation of the clinical effect of intravenous drip of diltiazem in treatment of unstable angina pectoris for elderly patients

目的观察静脉滴注地尔硫治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将68例不稳定型心绞痛老年患者随机分为对照组和实验组,各32例,对照组患者行常规治疗,实验组患者在常规治疗的基础上行地尔硫静脉滴注治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、心绞痛发作次数及持续时间明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉滴注地尔硫能有效改善患者心率及血压,降低心绞痛发作次数,不良反应少,可在老年不稳定型心绞痛治疗中进一步应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of intravenous drip of diltiazem in the treatment of unstable angina peetoris for elderly patients. Methods Sixty-eight elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly allocated to control group and experimental group with 32 cases in each group. The control group received regular treatment, while the experimental group further received intravenous drip of dihiazem. The curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results Total effective rate, incidence of adverse events and times and duration of angina pectoris attack of experimental group were all significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈O.05）. Conclusion Intravenous drip of dihiazem helps effectively to improve patients＇ heart rate and blood pressure, reduces angina pectoris attack and has rare adverse events, which can be further applied in the treatment of unstable angina peetoris for elderly patients.
