护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者治疗依从性与复发的影响

Nursing intervention effect on compliance and relapse of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者治疗依从性与复发的影响。方法选择60例COPD患者,随机分为干预组和对照组各30例。对照组实施对症治疗及常规护理,干预组实施系统护理干预,着重侧重心理护理、氧疗、用药饮食指导及健康教育,比较两组的治疗依从性、两组患者的平均住院时间、护理满意度及随访半年后两组患者的复发率。结果干预组患者的依从率达96.7%,显著高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者的平均住院时间明显短于对照组,干预组患者的护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访半年,干预组复发1例,对照组复发6例,两组复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者治疗期间实施系统的护理干预,有利于提高患者的依从性,降低复发率,促进患者疾病的康复。

Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention affect on compliance and relapse of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods A total of 60 patients with COPD patients were randomly divided into intervention group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine care and symptomatic treatment, the intervention group focused on psychological care, oxygen therapy, medication, dietary guid- ance and healthy education, treatment adherence and the average length of stay, nursing satisfaction and the recurrence rate affer half a year of the two groups were compared. Results The compliance rate of intervention group was 96.7%, significantly higher than 73.3% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.05）. The average length of stay in the intervention group was significantly shorter than the control group, the care satisfaction scores in the intervention group were significantly higher than the control group （P〈O.05）. Follow-up of six months, the interven- tion group relapsed one ease, control group had 6 cases of recurrence, the difference of the recurrence rate between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of the system of nursing interventions during the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, beneficial to improve compliance and re- duce the recurrence rate, so as to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
