胸外侧小切口在肺叶切除术中的应用价值分析

The application value of a small incision in chest lateral thoracic surgery lobectomy

目的对在肺叶切除术中应用胸外侧小切口的价值进行探讨。方法 48例接受肺叶切除术的患者被纳入本研究,将患者分为对照组和研究组,两组患者分别采用传统腋下小切口和胸外侧小切口,对应用两种不同切口的切口长度、开胸时间及关胸时间、手术持续时间、住院时间等观察指标进行比较分析。结果两组患者的切口长度差异不明显(P>0.05),两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、术后胸腔引流量、住院时间等手术相关指标均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组共8例患者术后出现并发症,并发症发生率34.78%,研究组共4例患者术后出现并发症,并发症发生率16.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肺叶切除术中应用胸外侧小切口能够取得更加确切的临床治疗效果,提高治疗的安全性和有效性,缩短患者的术后恢复时间。

Objective To explore the application value of a small incision in chest lateral thoracic surgery lobectomy. Methods Forty-eight cases underwent lobectomy patients were included in the study,and were divided into control group and study group, two groups patients were used traditional axillary incision and lateral chest incision respectively, the incision length,opentd chest and closed chest time,duration of surgery,hospital stay and other outcome measures were compared and analyzed between two groups. Results The difference of incision lengths were not significant between control group and study group（P〉0.05）,the blood loss,operative time, postoperative chest drainage,hospital stay were compared between two groups,the differences were different （P 〈0.05）. Control group＇s complication rate was 34.78%, 8 cases of postoperative complications, the study group＇s complication rate was 16.00% ,4 cases of postoperative com- plications, there was a significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the application lobectomy lat- eral thoracic incision can be proved to be more precise clinical outcomes, improve the safety and effectiveness of treat- ment ,and shorten patients＇ recovery time.
