摘要
围绕城市能级和生态环境构建评价指标体系,采用熵值法对各指标的权重及得分进行定量处理,运用耦合度协调度模型对皖江城市带城市能级与生态环境的耦合协调发展水平进行测算.从时间角度看,2007~2011年,皖江城市带城市能级与生态环境间的协调度不断提高,但耦合度存在波动.从空间角度看,皖江城市带各市生城市能级与生态环境的耦合协调发展情况存在差异,可分为能级主导型、协调发展型、环境主导型、滞后发展型四类.结合皖江城市带城市能级与生态环境耦合协调发展的时空特征提出相应建议.
Around the city level and the ecological environment to construct the evaluation index system. Get the weight and scoring of each index by entropy method and using the coupling coordination degree model to measure the level of development based on the coupling and coordinating degree between city-level and eco- environment in Wanjiang City belt. In the view of time series, the coordinating degree between city-level and eco t in Wanjiang City belt enhances unceasingly, but the coupling degree exists fluctuation. In the view of spatial series, cities level of development based on the coupling and coordinating degree between city-level and eco-environment are different and can be divided into four classes:city-level leading model, coordinating development model, environment leading model and lagging development model. According to the space-time characteristics of the level of development based on the coupling and coordinating degree between city-level and eco-environment in Wanjiang City belt to put forward some corresponding suggestion.
