摘要 从纤维特性、织物规格、生产工艺流程、关键技术及质量控制等多方面探讨芳纶1313阻燃花呢的开发过程,阐述芳纶1313散纤载体染色、与羊毛混纺纺纱及后整理的工艺技术。采用平幅洗呢加煮呢,使织物清洁预收缩,并在平幅松驰的状态下通过蒸汽定形、平幅煮呢(温度100℃),增加定形效果。成品色泽柔和,呢面光洁,手感活络而有身骨,较普通精纺面料达到了明显的阻燃功能。符合GB 8965.1—2009《防护服装阻燃防护第1部分:阻燃服》标准。面料制成成衣后,不易起球,易护理,特别适合特种职业装领域。 This tweed. Carries on paper introduces in detail the development process of Aramid 1313 flame retardant the discussion from the characteristics of fiber, fabric specification, production process, key technology and quality control etc. The Aramid 1313 fiber dispersion carrier dyeing and finishing technology of blended with wool is expounded. It uses fiat piece of wash and cook, so that the fabric would be pre-shrinkage clean and in the fiat amplitude relaxation condition through steam setting. Then open width crabbing(temperature 100 ℃ ) , whie increases its shaping effect. The product is gentle gloss, soft, with smooth surface, lively handy and body bone, achieves the flame retardant function than ordinary worsted fabric. In accordance with GB 8965. 1--2009 Protective Clothing Flame Retardant Protective Part 1: Flame Retardant clothing" standard. The cloth is not easy pilling, easy care, especially for special field occupation.
