摘要 采用酸性染料对羽绒纤维进行染色,研究染色温度、染色时间、pH值、硫酸钠、染料用量和助剂对上染百分率的影响。实验结果表明:羽绒纤维采用酸性染料染色,上染百分率高,提升性好,表观色深不足。羽绒表面的残脂具有疏水性,因此染色工艺中需要添加润湿剂,残脂延缓了染色时间,所以染色过程中不需使用缓染剂。随着羽绒残脂含量与硫酸钠用量的增加,染料上染百分率下降。确定的染色最优条件为:温度70℃,时间60 min,染料用量4.0%~5.5%(owf),pH值为3,用渗透剂JFC的效果较好。 Down fiber was dyed with acid dyes. The effect of experimental parameters such as temperature, time, pH vlaue, dye dosage and auxiliary on dye uptake was studied. The results indicated that the down fiber could be dyed with acid dye to a high exhaustion with good building up and inadequate apparent color depth. The wetting agent should be added for the hydrophobicity of residual grease and the retardant shouldn't be used because the residual grease delayed dyeing time in the process of dyeing. The dye uptake of acid dye was decreased with the increase of residual grease content and sodium sulfate dosage. Dyeing process can be operated at 70 ℃ for 60 minutes with pH value 3 and dye concentration 4.0% - 5.5% (owf) using the penetrating agent of JFC.
