摘要
通过研究光学分析仪法(OFDA)测试原理,应用具有相对标准值(显微投影法)的羊绒条,建立光学分析仪(OFDA)校准方法,使得光学分析仪法(OFDA)仪器的应用领域拓展到羊绒纤维直径检测。该方法检测羊绒直径测试精度达到±0.3μm,对纺织检测机构快速测试羊绒直径具有实际指导意义和推广应用价值。
In this article, we analyse the principle of optical fiber diameter analyser (OFDA) , using the relative standard cashmere tops, which were obtained by light microscope projection method, establish the cashmere calibration method of optical fiber diameter analyser (OFDA). In this way, optical fiber diameter analyser(OFDA) is used to the cashmere fiber diameter measurement. The precision of this method reach 0. 3 μm for cashmere fiber measurement. The establishment of the method has a positive role in promoting the application of OFDA in cashmere fiber diameter testing.
