Management Ideas and Practice of Construction Standardization in Mountainous Area Expressway

成武高速公路以加强"四个场站标准化建设",创建"两个样板工地",治理"两个通病"为核心内容的"四二二"工程管理活动,实施"三个集中、两项准入",全面推行箱梁预制、桥面系、隧道仰拱、隧道中心水沟、隧道二衬、隧道电缆沟槽、隧道基层(道面)、桥(台)背回填、水泥稳定碎石基层及沥青混凝土路面面层等施工标准化管理,提升工程质量管理水平,取得良好成效。

The＂four, two, two＂project management activities are implemented for Chengxian-Wudu Expressway by reinforcing＂four standardized stations＂, establishing ＂two sample sites＂ and treating＂two common quality problems＂. It carries out ＂three concentrated and two admissions systems＂. Box beam precast, bridge deck works, tunnel invert, tunnel center ditch, second shell of concrete in tunnel, cable trench in tunnel, base layer in tunnel （pavement）, back fill of bridge, cement stabilized crushed stone base, asphalt pavement and other standardization management are fully implemented. Construction quality management is improved and the result is good.
