摘要
现阶段我国隧道电缆槽施工主要采用的是小块定型钢模和移动模架两种施工工艺。传统的小块组合定型钢模分段施工,施工过程中加固支撑作业繁杂、整体性差、外观质量难以控制、作业面凌乱。而移动模架施工则由于需要专门的牵引调运机械,组装耗时。另外,为了方便施工,移动模架长度一般在10~20 m,这样在施工过程中就会产生较多的施工缝,同时在曲线段不易保证电缆槽边墙线形的平顺性,影响电缆槽的外观质量和整体性。结合米仓山隧道电缆槽边墙施工的实际情况,介绍大块定型钢模在隧道电缆槽施工中的应用,结合对其加固支撑作业的改进,优化电缆槽的施工工艺。

This paper, combining with the actual situation of the construction of cable trough for Micangshan Tunnel, introduces the large-shape steel mould applied in construction of tunnel cable trough, and the improvement made for strengthening and supporting operation, as well as optimization of construction technology made for cable groove.
