摘要 环境审计作为审计领域的一个新生分支,其工作进展和突破需要通过团队运作完成。本文从专业组成和角色胜任能力两方面分析了环境审计团队组建所需的人才,并从团队目标、有效沟通、学习培训和绩效考核等方面提出了保证和提高环境审计团队能力的建议和措施。
