腹直肌鞘阻滞在幼儿腹部手术术后镇痛的应用 被引量：12

摘要 近年来随着各级医院监护设备的完善及舒适化医疗的要求不断提高,幼儿围术期疼痛的治疗越来越受到关注.双侧腹直肌鞘阻滞（bilateral rectus sheath block,BRSB）用于小儿脐疝修复术术后镇痛中效果较好.本研究比较BRSB与局部伤口浸润（local anesthetic infiltration,LAI）在幼儿腹部手术术后镇痛的效果,为临床提供参考.
