右美托咪定复合瑞芬太尼在引产镇痛中的效果 被引量：9

摘要 硬膜外镇痛已广泛用于引产产妇镇痛,但对于有椎管内穿刺禁忌和不愿意接受椎管内穿刺的产妇,通常采用瑞芬太尼静脉镇痛,然而瑞芬太尼的镇痛效果不够确切,个体差异较大,随着剂量增加,恶心呕吐、呼吸抑制发生率较高.右美托咪定是一种选择性α2肾上腺素受体激动药,具有镇静、镇痛、抗交感等作用.右美托咪定和阿片类药物伍用具有阿片药物节约效应并增加阿片药物镇痛、镇静效果.本研究观察右美托咪定复合瑞芬太尼在引产镇痛中的效果,现报道如下.
