硬膜外预充生理盐水预防剖宫产术中硬膜外置管诱发血管损伤的临床观察 被引量：14

摘要 足月妊娠产妇因增大的子宫压迫下腔静脉,促使硬膜外静脉丛血流增加,血管扩张,穿刺针和导管可直接损伤硬膜外血管.剖宫产产妇硬膜外置管损伤血管或误入静脉的发生率为1.3％～15.7％,置管损伤血管后可直接导致局麻药毒性反应,麻醉效果欠佳,甚至发生硬膜外血肿和严重的神经并发症.本研究观察硬膜外预充生理盐水用于预防剖宫产术中硬膜外置管时对血管损伤的影响.
