结肠癌伴肝转移化学治疗合并局灶节段肾小球硬化症

摘要 1临床资料患者男，51岁，因结肠癌伴肝转移化学治疗1年余，泡沫尿、四肢水肿近1周入院。患者于2011年8月20日行体格检查时发现癌抗原（CA）19—9、血清癌胚抗原（CEA）偏高。同年9月行肠镜检查，病理检查结果示“结肠癌”。肝脏B超检查示肝转移，3d后行化学治疗（奥沙利铂＋氟尿苷，1次／月，共4次）。2012年1～4月行肝脏病灶介入化学治疗，共4次。2012年6月8日行结肠癌切除术，病理诊断为“中分化腺癌”。
