摘要
杭州市江干区彭埠镇罗家老宅的全面保护性修缮工程,通过对江南传统民居适宜性节能技术的科学化改良应用,结合建筑的保护要求,将历史保护建筑的修缮和节能改造作为系统工程总体考虑,有效解决历史建筑保护要求与节能措施相冲突的矛盾,既降低了房屋的能耗,提高了房屋的舒适性;又忠实地还原了建筑本身的历史风貌。同时适宜性节能技术集成设计方法的早期介入有利于在实际工程中选择合理的节能措施,便于节能与其他工种相互协调,以较低的成本获得最佳的节能效果。
Luo family old house in Pengbu county in Jianggan district of Hangzhou is a comprehensive reconstruction project. Some suitability technologies in Jiangnan traditional residences which were scientifically improved were applied, combined with the protective requirements of the building. To repair and protect building as a system should be overall considered which can effectively solve the conflict between protective demand of historic buildings and energy-saving measures. Not only the energy consumption of the building can be reduced and comfortability of the building can be enhanced, but also the historic features of the building itself can be faithfully restored. Intervention in early design of the integration design methods of suitability technologies was useful to choose reasonable energy-saving methods in the actual engineering and obtain the best energy-saving effect at a relatively low cost.
