摘要
研究分析了葵花籽(仁)在储藏期间品质变化的影响因素。从空气、光照、温度、水分、杂质以及葵花籽(仁)完好程度6个方面对葵花籽(仁)在储藏期间品质变化的影响进行了研究。从防日晒、防潮湿、降低含水量、提高出成率、降低破碎率、降低杂质含量、采用塑料薄膜密闭储藏、缩短储藏时间方面探讨了控制或消除这些不利影响因素的方法。
Influencing factors of the quality changes of sunflower seeds ( kernel) during storage were re-searched. The effects of air, sunlight, temperature, moisture, impurity and sunflower seeds ( kernel) in-tact on quality changes of sunflower seeds ( kernel) during storage were studied. The method for control-ling or eliminating adverse influencing factors including the anti-sun, anti-moisture, moisture reduc-tion, improvement of intact rate, reductions of fragmentation rate and impurity content, plastic film sealed storage, short storage time were explored.
