摘要
以南天竹种子为原料,采用超声波辅助法提取南天竹籽油,测定了南天竹籽油的理化性质,并用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术分析南天竹籽油的脂肪酸组成。结果表明:南天竹籽油的酸值(KOH)、皂化值(KOH)、过氧化值、碘值(I)、相对密度(20℃)、折光指数(20℃)分别为1.44mg/g、187.04 mg/g、1.42 mmol/kg、114.51 g/100 g、0.912 7、1.472 6;南天竹籽油中含有13种脂肪酸,主要为亚油酸(60.96%)、棕榈酸(15.55%)、油酸(15.16%)、硬脂酸(4.67%),不饱和脂肪酸含量为77.99%。
With the seed of Nadina domestica T. as raw material, the seed oil was obtained by ultrasonic-assisted extraction. The physicochemical properties of Nadina domestica T. seed oil were de-termined and its fatty acid composition was analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that the acid value, saponification value, peroxide value, iodine value, relative density(20℃) and refractive index(20℃) of Nadina domestica T. seed oil were 1. 44 mgKOH/g, 187. 04 mgKOH/g, 1. 42 mmol/kg, 114. 51 gI/100 g, 0. 912 7 and 1. 472 6, respectively. Thirteen kinds of fatty acids were identified form Nadina domestica T. seed oil and the main fatty acids were linoleic acid (60. 96%), palmitic acid (15. 55%), oleic acid (15. 16%) and stearic acid (4. 67%). The content of unsaturated fatty acids was up to 77. 99%.
