摘要
高速永磁电机在航空航天、能源及精密制造等领域具有广阔的应用前景。该文首先介绍了现有文献中的高速永磁电机定转子结构及其所使用的材料;然后从定子铁耗、铜耗、转子涡流损耗与风摩损耗等方面,分别总结归纳了电机中各项损耗及其计算方法;对比分析了各种高速永磁电机温升计算方法;概述了高速电机转子支承方式的发展情况。总结了转子强度与动力学分析相关的问题,最后展望高速永磁电机相关技术的主要发展方向。
High speed permanent magnet machines (HSPMMs) have a promising future in applications such as aeronautics and astronautics, energy and ultra-precision manufacturing. This paper enumerates various stator and rotor structures and materials of the HSPMM in literature. Then different losses in the HSPMM are summarized in aspects of stator iron loss, copper loss, rotor eddy current loss and air friction loss. Various motor temperature rise calculation methods and three kinds of high speed rotor bearings are compared, followed by an overview of the problems linked to the rotor strength and dynamics analysis. Finally, development trends of the HSPMM related technologies are summarized and prospected.
