光动力联合尤靖安治疗方案对多发性尖锐湿疣患者治疗依从性及治疗效果的影响

Effect of photodynamic therapy combined with recombinant human Interferon α-2b on compliance and therapeutic effect of multiple condyloma acuminatum

目的 研究光动力联合尤靖安治疗方案对多发性尖锐湿疣患者治疗依从性及治疗效果的影响。方法 将2011年1月-2013年8月该院收治的100例多发性尖锐湿疣患者纳入研究,根据治疗方法不同分为给予光动力联合尤靖安外阴包皮下或阴唇内侧黏膜下注射的观察组和给予光动力联合尤靖安肌肉注射的对照组,比较两组患者的治愈情况、复发情况、免疫球蛋白水平以及治疗依从性。结果 观察组一次治愈率（60%）、总治疗率（94%）、免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA和IgM水平（22.4±5.4）、4.3±1.2）和（2.2±0.6）g/L、完成全程治疗、按时完成治疗、治疗期间禁止性生活、定期复查（92%、98%、96%和94%）均明显高于对照组（〈0.05）。结论 光动力联合尤靖安外阴包皮下或阴唇内侧黏膜下注射有助于改善治疗效果、增强免疫功能、提高治疗依从性,是治疗多发性尖锐湿疣的理想方法。

【Objective】To study the effect of photodynamic therapy combined with recombinant human Interferon α-2b on compliance and therapeutic effect of multiple condyloma acuminatum.【Methods】100 cases of multiple condyloma acuminatum patients in our hospital from 2011 January to 2013 August were enrolled and divided into observation group given photodynamic therapy combined with recombinant human Interferon α-2b vulva foreskin or Labia minora medial mucosa injection and control group given hotodynamic therapy combined with recombinant human Interferon α-2b intramuscular injection. Then cured situation, recurrence, immunoglobulin levels and treatment compliance were compared.【Results】observation group had a cure rate（60%）, cure rate（94%）, serum immunoglobulin IgG, IgA and IgM level（22.4±5.4）,（4.3±1.2） and（2.2±0.6） g/L, completed the whole treatment, finished during treatment, during treatment ban sexual life, regular review（92%, 98%, 96%, 98%） were significantly higher than that control group（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】Photodynamic therapy combined with recombinant human Interferon α-2b are ideal treatment method for it can improve treatment effect, enhance immune function, and improve treatment compliance.
