摘要
山楂具有提高饲料利用率、降低畜禽死亡率、增强机体免疫力、减少机体脂肪沉积的功能。本文综述了山楂的生物学功能及其在畜禽生产中的应用。
Hawthorn could improve feed utilization, decrease the mortality rate of livestock and poultry, enhance the body immunity ,reduce the fat deposition of body.This paper reviewed the biological function of hawthorn fruit and its application in livestock and poultry production.
