摘要
本研究选用精饲料、粗饲料、青绿饲料、混合饲料中的24种饲料样品作为实验样本,通过配对实验,采用普通降温法(从炉内取出坩埚时需等炉温降到200℃以下,需等待40~50 min)和快速降温法(直接从炉中取出在空气中盖盖降温1 min)测定粗灰分含量,结果表明,两种降温方法测定的饲料粗灰分含量无显著差异(P〉0.05),因此实验室测定饲料粗灰分时可以使用快速降温法,以节约等待时间和减少能耗。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different cooling methods on measuring crude ash of 24 feeds including concentrate, roughage, green forage and mixed feed.Two methods of cooling were done at the same time.The normal cooling method was that the crucible could be taken out from Muffle furnace after waiting for 40 - 50 minutes when the temperature was less than 200 ℃ in the furnace.The rapid cooling method was that the crucible cooled in the air for 1 min.The results showed that there was no significant difference on crude ash value through two methods of cooling.h was concluded that the rapid cooling method could be used to measure crude ash in the laboratory to save waiting time and electricity.
