This paper describes the current situation of university library service, based on the need of university user which is increasingly personalized, diversified and better educated. Accordingly, this paper puts forward several solutions, in order to promote the development and innovation of subject - oriented service, which should strengthen the construction of management system, make subject construction plan, improve the subject - related quality of librarians and innovate relevant service tools.
