摘要
在引信靶后起爆位置问题的研究中,为了研究控制弹丸侵彻贯穿混凝土靶板后在一定距离起爆的有效方法,采用仿真软件对动能侵彻弹侵彻混凝土厚靶进行仿真,通过对靶板材料失效模式等的选择以及弹体、引信的分离建模,获取了仿真引信部位侵彻过载信号。进一步对侵彻过载信号进行滤波处理,得到了与试验基本吻合的侵彻过载信号曲线。通过对过载曲线进行积分处理,得到的弹丸出靶速度与延期起爆时间的乘积,为弹丸的靶后起爆距离。通过起爆试验对改进方法进行验证,得到的试验起爆位置与仿真计算起爆位置较吻合。
In order to study effective ways to control the certain detonating location after the projectile penetrating through the concrete target, the penetration through thick concrete is simulated with simulation software, through se- lecting the failure mode of the concrete meterial and modeling fuze separated from the elastomers, the simulation over- load of the fuze is obtained. The penetration overload signal is further filtered and processed, and the penetration o- verload signal curve is obtained which is basically consistent with the test overload curve. The detonating location after target is the product with the delayed detonating time and the projectile speed out of the target which is obtained through integration of the overload. The proposed method is validated by the test detonating, the result shows that the obtained test detonating location is conformed with the simulating detonating location.
