摘要
以新超煤矿90101回风顺槽沿空留巷为工程背景,研究厚煤层坚硬顶板沿空留巷围岩稳定的问题,提出围岩控制的原理和技术:高预应力、适应沿空留巷大变形的巷内基本支护和高支撑阻力、可控制沿空留巷顶底板剧烈变形的巷内加强支护的巷内支护体系;高强度、快速增阻、可缩性好的巷旁充填体,良好的充填区域顶板维护和坚硬顶板的强制放顶卸压的巷旁支护体系。
Based on the engineering background of gob- side entry retaining in 90101 return- air crossheading of Xinchao Coal Mine,the problem of the surrounding rock stability of gob- side entry retaining in the conditions of thick coal seam and hard roof had been studied. The principle and technology to control the surrounding rock had been put forward. The support system inside the roadway combined the basic support which has high pre- stress and can adapt for the large deformation of surrounding rock in god- side entry retaining,and the reinforced support system which has high support resistance and can control the severe deformation of the floor in god- side entry retaining. The support system outside the roadway composed of roadside backfill wall which has characteristics of high strength,rapid increased resistance and fine contractibility,well roof maintenance and temporary support in the filling zone and pressure relief measurements through caving the hard roof by force.
