摘要
从小风速巷道风流状态分析入手,以煤矿现场常见到的小风速巷道为例,结合国内煤矿行业使用较多的GFW15和GFY15型矿用风速传感器,量化分析了了当前风速传感器在测量小风速值所带来的误差和对瓦斯涌出量计算所带来的误差,指出小风速巷道直接使用风速传感器测量值计算瓦斯涌出量结果准确度不够的特点。结合现场实测数据序列变化特点和瓦斯涌出量等数据分析精度的需求,提出了采用分段函数的方法来区别对待不同测量区间传感器本身所带来的误差,建立了相应的分段函数,并结合现场数据对该方法进行了验证,得出通过该分段函数确定的风速值计算瓦斯涌出量的方法更为准确的结论。
Through the airflow state analysis of small wind roadway,it took the small wind roadway as the example which was common in coal mine sites,combined with the mine- used wind sensors GFW15 and GFY15 type which were widely used in domestic coal industry,it quantitatively analyzed the errors of current wind speed sensor in the measurement of small wind speed,and the errors caused by gas emission calculation. It pointed out that the characteristics of the accuracy of the results were not enough through wind speed sensor measurement values were applied directly in gas emission calculation. Combined with the sequence variation characteristics of field data and needs of gas emission data analysis accuracy,it proposed piecewise function methods to discriminate the errors among different measurement range caused by the sensor itself,and established the corresponding piecewise functions. Finally,combined with field data to verify the method,it obtained the conclusion that the gas emission calculation was more accurate through the wind speed value determined by the piecewise functions.
