摘要
为了解决实际中抽象的语言模糊问题,便于将各种安全隐患进行比较,利用语言变量转化尺度为基础的模糊层次分析法,以煤矿管理和作业人员的主管感受为出发点,通过转化尺度将主观评价定量化,然后2次进行层次分析求各安全隐患的相对重要性权重和相对发生频率权重,进而获得安全隐患的风险排序,为采取有效措施进行煤矿安全治理提供参考。
In order to solve abstract fuzzy language problem in practice and easily compare the various safety risks,we used fuzzy analytic hierarchy process based on linguistic variable to quantify subjective evaluation twice to obtain the weights of relative importance and relative frequency of occurrence from the starting point of management and operating personnel,and then got the risk ranking of safety risk. It provided the effective measurement reference for coal safety management work.
