提高酒店顾客让渡价值的营销策略分析 被引量:2

摘要 本文通过对顾客让渡价值的内涵进行分析,制定了顾客让渡价值提高方案;并针对酒店行业的特殊情况,分析了酒店顾客让渡价值的影响因素;最终提出提高酒店顾客让渡价值的六种营销手段:逆向营销、服务营销、内部营销、品牌营销、关系营销、网络营销。
