摘要
中国古代医学文献中关于疲劳的概念,按照严重程度不同大致可区分为"劳倦"和"劳损"两种情况。其中"劳倦"概念经分析和现在一般的"运动性疲劳"概念大致一致,而"劳损"概念又可区分为"劳损伤脾"和"劳损伤肾"两种情况。"劳损伤脾"其实是劳累过度影响消化系统正常功能,"劳损伤肾"则主要指房事过劳损耗"肾精"。而"肾精"的损耗抑制性神经递质在其中发挥了决定性作用,进一步的研究需要大量实验数据对此假说进行验证。
According to the degree of fatigue in traditional Chinese medicine documents, we can sum up two different concepts of “exhausted fatigue” and “strained fatigue”. The concept of “exhausted fatigue” is quite the same like “exercise induced fatigue”, but the “strained fatigue” should divide into “spleen fatigue” and “kidney fatigue”. The“spleen fatigue”actually represents the digesting system dysfunction; the “kidney fatigue” actually represents the wastage of “kidney essence”. The wastage of “kidney essence” is closely related to the inhibiting neurotransmitter in our nervous system, but more experimental date is needed to verify this hypothesis.
