薄芝糖肽注射液联合喜炎平注射液治疗手足口病普通病例的效果观察

Effect observation of bozhi glycopeptide injection combined with Xiyanping injection in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in common cases

目的：观察薄芝糖肽注射液联合喜炎平注射液治疗手足口病普通病例的临床效果。方法将246例手足口病患儿按治疗方法分成对照组118例和治疗组128例。对照组给予常规治疗，包括补液，退热等治疗，合并感染时加用头孢菌素类药物或根据药敏试验选择用药，同时给予喜炎平注射液。治疗组在此基础上加用薄芝糖肽1～2 mg/d静脉滴注，疗程为3～5 d。观察患者的症状改善情况，检测T淋巴细胞亚群（CD3^＋、CD4^＋、CD8^＋、CD4^＋/CD8^＋），比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组的显效率为71.8%，总有效率为93.8%，对照组分别为29.7%、77.1%，两组的显效率比较，差异有统计学意义（χ^2=19.517，P〈0.01），两组的总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（χ^2=18.924，P〈0.01）；治疗组的退热时间，手足疱疹、口腔疱疹消退时间均短于对照组（P〈0.01），治疗组治疗后的T淋巴细胞亚群（CD3^＋、CD4^＋、CD8^＋、CD4^＋/CD8^＋）均较治疗前及对照组明显增高（P〈0.05）。结论薄芝糖肽注射液联合喜炎平注射液治疗手足口病普通病例具有明显的抗病毒、退热以及增强细胞免疫及体液免疫功能的作用，可改善症状和体征，缩短疗程，具有明显效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of bozhi glycopeptide injection combined with Xiyanping injection in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in common cases. Methods 246 children with hand-foot-mouth disease were divided into the two groups according to the treatment method,and there were 118 cases in the control group and 128 cases in the treatment group.The control group was given conventional treatment （including fluid infusion and abatement of fever and so on,when combined with infection,cephalosporins drug was used or drugs were selected according to the drug sensitivity test,at the same,Xiyanping injection was given,while bozhi glycopeptides of 1-2 mg/d for intravenous infusion on the basis of the control group,the course of treatment lasted for 3-5 days.The improvement of symptoms of patients was observed,and T lymphocyte subsets （CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD8^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋） were detected,the curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate was 93.8%,the markedly effective rate was 71.8%in the treatment group,while in the control group,it was 77.1%,29.7% respectively,and there was a statistical difference of the total effective rate（χ^2=18.924,P〈0.01） and the markedly effective rate （χ^2=19.517,P〈0.01） in the two groups.The cooling time,regression time of hand-foot herpes and oral herpes in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group （P〈0.01）,T lymphocyte subsets （CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD8^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋） increased significantly after treatment in the treatment group compared with before treatment and the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bozhi glycopeptide injec-tion combined with Xiyanping injection in treatment of hand foot and mouth disease in common cases has obvious role of antiviral,antipyretic and enhance cell immunity and humoral immune function,and can improve symptoms and signs, shorten the course of treatment.It has obvious effect.
