卡托普利联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年糖尿病合并高血压的效果分析

Effect analysis of captopril combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablet in the treatment of elderly diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension

目的：研究卡托普利联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年糖尿病合并高血压的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2011年12月～2012年12月来本院就诊治疗的老年糖尿病合并高血压86例患者的临床资料，将患者随机分为观察组、对照组，每组各43例。观察组服用卡托普利12.5 mg，3次/d，联合硝苯地平缓释片20 mg，2次/d，口服，对照组只服用卡托普利12.5 mg，8周为1个疗程，比较两组的临床效果、收缩压（SBP）及舒张压（DBP）的变化情况。结果观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组，观察组治疗后的SBP、DBP较治疗前和对照组有显著变化（P〈0.05）。结论 ACEI类药物联合CCB类药物治疗老年糖尿病合并高血压的临床效果显著优于单药，长期控制血压的能力以及服药依从性相对较强，值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of captopril combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablet in the treatment of elderly diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension. Methods From December 2011 to December 2012, clinical data of 86 patients with elderly diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension visited our hospital for treatment were selected and retrospectively analyzed.They were randomly and evenly divided into the observation group and control group.In the observation group,12.5 mg captopril （thrice a day） and 20 mg nifedipine sustained-release tablet （twice a day） were orally administered,while in the control group,only 12.5 mg captopril was provided.The course of treatment lasted 8 weeks.The clinical curative effect,change of systolic blood pressure （SBP） and diastolic blood pres-sure （DBP） were compared in both groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was obviously high-er than that in the control group,SBP,DBP in the observation group had significant change after treatment compared with those before treatment and the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors （ACEI） combined with calcium channel blockers （CCB） on treating elderly diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension is remarkably superior to that by single drug with stronger long-term control of blood pressure and good compliance of taking drugs.It is worthy of expansion in clinic.
