品管圈在老年COPD患者护理中的应用

Application of quality control circle in nursing of elderly patients with COPD

目的：探讨品管圈在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者中的护理效果。方法选择本院2013年9月～2014年4月收治的120名老年COPD患者，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组60例，观察组实施品管圈护理模式，对照组采用常规护理。通过对住院患者满意度进行问卷调查，比较两组患者的满意度。结果观察组患者的服务态度、护理技术、健康教育、护士长管理满意度高于对照组（P〈0.01）；两组患者对病房环境满意度比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论品管圈活动在老年COPD护理方面能够提高患者的满意度，值得临床借鉴和推广。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of quality control circle in the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods 120 elderly patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from September 2013 to April 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 patients in each group.The observation group were received the quality management of quality control circle and the control group were received conventional nursing.Patient satisfaction of the two groups was compared through conducting questionnaire survey on the patients. Results The observation group was higher than that of the control group in the satisfaction degrees of service attitude,nursing,health education and head nurse management （P〈0.05）.The two groups of patients did not have statistical significance in the satisfaction degree of ward environment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Qual-ity control circle activities can improve patient satisfaction in the nursing of elderly patients with COPD,thereby worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
