In clinical teaching,job-transfer training of general practitioners is an important training channel for con-structing medical talent team in the primary level.In order to meet the needs of clinical respiratory medicine,job-transfer training of general practitioners on respiratory specialty is also an important task facing clinical respiratory medicine.Summarization of years of clinical teaching experience finds that the implementation of general medicine concept,individualized teaching,teaching method diversification and other measures can improve the teaching quality of the job-transfer training of general practitioners on respiratory specialty.
