摘要
以某城市立交工程为例,对工程采用的施工膺架作了简介,从贝雷梁、横向支撑梁、钢管立柱等方面入手,使用大型有限元软件对整个施工膺架进行了全部结构的静力荷载响应与稳定性分析,指出施工膺架的最大沉降位移发生在1/8跨处;贝雷梁与钢管独柱间架设横向支撑梁,可以减少应力集中,有利于整个结构的受力。
Taking some overpass project in some city as the example, the paper indicates the scaffolding adopted in the project, start from bailey beam, transverse beam and steel tube column, use the finite element software to get the static load response and stability analysis of the structure. Point out the largest displacement of the construction scaffolding occurs at 1/8 span. It can reduce the stress concentration and also conducive to the whole structure due to the lateral support beams between bailey beams and steel columns.
