教师作为学习者:费曼·内姆斯思想述评 被引量:5

摘要 教师作为学习者是终身学习、教育变革及教学复杂性等因素的内在要求。费曼·内姆斯为我们深入理解"教师作为学习者"提供了极有价值的思想。她认为教师作为学习者就要"学习像教师一样思维""学习像教师一样认知""学习像教师一样感受""学习像教师一样行动"。这为学者反思目前普遍从单维度理解教师学习、停留于教师"常规专长"等问题提供了启发。
