宫腔超声造影术在子宫内膜疾病诊断中的应用

Application of sonohysterography in diagnosis of endometrial disease

目的探讨宫腔超声造影术(SHG)在子宫内膜疾病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对67例疑为子宫内膜疾病的患者进行SHG检查,以术中所见及病理检查结果为确诊标准。结果在67例患者中,SHG诊断为子宫内膜息肉28例(占41.79%),黏膜下肌瘤19例(28.36%),子宫内膜异常增生14例(20.90%),子宫内膜癌6例(8.96%)。SHG诊断不符共9例(13.42%),其诊断符合率为86.58%(58/67)。结论 SHG是诊断子宫内膜疾病的一种安全、简便、无创且准确性高的检查方法,尤其适合在基层医院推广。

Objective To explore the application value of sonohysterography （SHG） in diagnosis of endometrial disease. Methods Sixty-seven patients who were doubted whether had endometrial disease were examined by SHG. It were regarded as diagnostic golden standard that watched in operation and pathological report. Results Of the 67 cases,28 had endometrial polyps （occupied 41.79%）,19 had submucous myoma （occupied 28.36%）,14 had endometrial abnormal hyperplasia（occupied 20.90%） and 6 had endometrial cancer （occupied 8.96%） according to the diagnosis of SHG. 9 cases （occupied 13.42%） had mistaken diagnosis of SHG,the correct rate of diagnosis of SHG was 86.58%（58/67）. Conclusion SHG is a safe,simple, nontraumatic and higher accurate method to diagnose endometrial disease,and it can be widely used in primary hospital.
