摘要 目的运用药物经济学的分析方法,探讨儿童蜂窝织炎的最佳药物治疗方案,以最低成本获得最佳的治疗效果。方法采用药物经济学方法分析河北省儿童医院2012年1月~2014年3月儿童诊断为蜂窝织炎的155份病历,根据给药方案分成5组,进行成本-效果分析。结果头孢硫脒、头孢硫脒+甲硝唑、头孢替唑钠、头孢曲松钠及头孢孟多酯钠的有效率分别为97.14%、98.33%、95.65%、95.45%和93.33%,治疗效果比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.863,P=0.761),各组治疗成本分别为3362.08、3551.05、4549.11、3916.75、4053.82元,各组C/E值分别为34.61、36.11、47.56、41.03、43.44,其中头孢硫脒所用治疗方案成本最小,成本-效果比值最低。结论头孢硫脒给药方案是治疗儿童蜂窝织炎的最佳方案。 Objective To obtain the optimal treatment with the lowest cost and the best effect on children with celluli- tis by pharmacoeconomics. Methods 155 cases of children with cellulitis from January 2012 to March 2014 in the Children's Hospital of Hebei Province were analyzed, the cost-effectiveness of these 5 treatment groups which were divided according to dosage regimen was compared by pharmacoeconomics. Results The effective rates of Cefathiamidine, Cefathiamidine and Metronidazole, Ceftezole Sodium, Ceftriaxone Sodium, Cefamandole Sodium were 97.14%, 98.33%, 95.65%, 95.45% and 93.33% respectively. There was no significant difference in treatment effect of 5 treatment groups (X2=1.863, P = 0.761). The treatment costs of each groups were 3362.08, 3551.05, 4549.11, 3916.75, 4053.82 yuan respectively, and C/E were 34.61, 36.11, 47.56, 41.03, 43.44 respectively. The treatment cost of Cefathiamidine was the smallest, so was the cost-effectiveness. Conclusion Cefathiamidine is the best treatment for children with cellulitis.
