摘要
当前有多种患者盆部防护装置应用于CT扫描,用于减少患者性腺所接受的辐射剂量。然而,介入手术中患者性腺防护装置的研究尚属空白,在前期研发并进行临床实践的基础上,本研究对抽拉式介入手术性腺防护装置进行优化设计。改进后的环绕式收纳系统呈分体式设计,由可复用的背侧收纳器和一次性使用的手术大单加厚空心层组成,射线防护材料的牵拉部分为两部分,通过拉链进行连接,既保证了防护装置的无菌性能,又实现患者盆部性腺的环绕式防护。该装置设计简单、结构合理,可以方便的在不透X射线的防护状态和透X射线的可视状态之间进行切换,并符合介入手术的无菌要求。组合式介入手术性腺防护装置在保证介入手术效果的同时,解决了患者性腺防护和防护装置无菌的难题,具有良好的临床应用价值。
Various types of gonadal shielding have been evaluated for reducing exposure to the gonads during computed tomography (CT) scanning ,but few approach provide protection against ionizing radiation during interventional radiology procedures. The purpose of this study is to optimize the structural design of movable drawing patient gonad protective device during interventional radiology procedures. The modified flexible protective lead shield container of split type are composed of a reusable back side container and a sterile disposable surgical drape, and the pull part of radiation protection drape is divided into two parts, which are connected by zip fasteners. The modified device may provide wrap around radiation protection for patient gonad. The device with a simple and reasonable structure. It allows switching between the lose efficacy form and the efficacy form of radiation protection, and it complies with absolutely sterile requirement during interventional radiology procedures. Newly developed combined patient gonad protective device can then ensure the procedure result, and can also decrease patient gonad radiation exposure. It has great clinical application value.
