2D-DSA、3D-DSA、3D-CTA三者分别诊断颅内动脉瘤的准确性差异分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨二维数字减影血管造影(2D-DSA)、三维数字减影血管造影(3D-DSA)及三维CT血管造影术(3D-CTA)三者分别在颅内动脉瘤诊断准确性上的差异。方法收集该院收治的可疑颅内动脉瘤待查患者105例,对所有患者分别进行2D-DSA、3D-DSA及3D-CTA三项检查,比较各项检查颅内动脉瘤确诊情况,根据诊断金标准统计各项检查灵敏度和特异度,并根据上述统计数据分析和评价各项检查临床意义和价值。结果 3D-DSA的灵敏度、特异度最高,误诊率最低,3D-CTA次之,2D-DSA最差。3D-DSA、3D-CTA与2D-DSA的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而3D-DSA与3D-CTA的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2D-DSA的诊断效果最差,3D-DSA的诊断效果较3D-CTA好,但差异不显著,应视临床具体情况选择合适检查方式。
