摘要
介绍了一种用于混凝土桥梁的能使得桥道梁(板)长效防水实现、并可增强与铺装结构界面连接的纤维增强复合材料(FRP)-沥青混凝土桥面铺装结构,该铺装结构的结构形式为FRP铺装基层与常规沥青混凝土铺装面层的组合铺装结构,其最显著的结构特点是铺装结构各层的刚度梯度变化趋于平缓,及铺装结构与桥道梁(板)的结构整体性增强。进行了路用性能试验及实体工程应用。研究表明:该铺装结构是使混凝土桥梁铺装结构和桥道梁(板)的结构耐久性均得以提高的铺装结构形式。
FRP-asphah concrete deck pavement system used in concrete bridges was introduced, which could realize a persistent deck waterproofing for the beam (of plate) in bridge span and reinforce the interface connection between the beam (of plate) and the pavement system. The structure form of this novel pavement system was a kind of composite structure made up of FRP floating course and routine asphalt concrete surface course, and the best significant structure character of the novel system was that the stiffness gradient variation of various layers in the system was inclined to be fiat; the structural integration between the pavement system and the beam (of plate) in bridge span could be reinforced. Based on the research of roadway performance test and engineering application of the system, the novel system is also proved to be an outstanding form used in concrete bridge to enhance structural durability both of pavement system and its beam (or plate).
