摘要
用灰色关联分析法综合评价道路运输业节能减排评价体系,可避免层次分析法对因素子集中因素个数的限制,也可避免模糊综合评价法造成的评价信息重复。从建立的道路运输业节能减排评价体系中选取一个样本,用样本资料确定一个最优参考序列,通过计算各样本序列与该参考序列的关联度,对评价目标做综合分析。总结了道路运输业节能减排评价及其评价指标体系优化方法的研究现状,从理论上分析了灰色关联均值化法优化道路运输业节能减排评价指标体系的可行性;介绍了灰色关联均值化法优化评价体系的过程,探讨了灰色关联均值化法在已建立的道路运输业节能减排评价指标体系的应用,在评价指标体系优化方面灰色关联均值化方法具有可行性。
Grey relational analysis method was used to carry out the comprehensive evaluation of road transportation energy conservation and emission reduction evaluation system, which could avoid the restrictions on the number of factors in subset caused by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the evaluation information repetition caused by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. A sample of the road transportation energy saving and emission reduction index system was selected, in which an optimal reference sequence was determined. By calculating the correlation degree of each sample and the reference sequences, a comprehensive analysis of evaluation target was carried out. The research status of optimization method of energy conservation and emissions reduction evaluation in the road transport and its evaluation index system were summarized. The feasibility of the application of grey correlation mean value method to optimize the evaluation index system was theoreti- cally analyzed; the process of grey correlation mean value method in the optimization and evaluation system was also introduced. The application of grey correlation mean value method in the road transport energy conservation and emissions reduction evaluation index system was discussed and was verified to be feasible.
