湿润烧伤膏治疗皮肤擦伤的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of mebo in the treatment of skin abrasions

目的 观察湿润烧伤膏治疗皮肤擦伤的临床效果。方法 选取2011年1月~2013年1月在本院门诊和外科治疗皮肤擦伤的患者304例,按治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用湿润烧伤膏治疗,对照组采用传统方法治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗组的止痛时间为（1.0±0.5）h,治愈天数为（12.24±2.64）d,创面感染率为5.13%,愈合瘢痕形成率为7.69%,色素沉着率为11.54%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 湿润烧伤膏治疗皮肤擦伤取得了良好的效果,无任何刺激性和副作用,操作简单,使用方便,特别适合基层医院应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of mebo in the treatment of skin abrasions. Methods 304 cases of patients with skin abrasions treated in Department of Outpatient and Surgery of our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected,and were divided into treatment group and control group according to the different treat- ment methods,mebo was taken to the treatment group,traditional treatment was taken to the control group,the effects of two groups were observed. Results In treatment group, the pain relieving time was （1.0±0.5） h,the cure time was （12.24± 2.64） d,wound infection rate was 5.13%,scar formation rate was 7.69%,pigmentation rate was 11.54%,compared with those of control group,the differences were significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Mebo in treating skin abrasion has obvious curative effect,without any irritation and side effects,the operation is simple,easy to use,especially for primary hospital.
