血清CK-MB及肌钙蛋白检测在重症肺炎中的临床研究

Clinical study of serum CK-MB and troponin detection in severe pneumonia

目的 分析血清CK-MB及肌钙蛋白检测在重症肺炎中的临床应用价值。方法 选取2013年6~10月本院收治的30例重症肺炎患儿作为观察组,同时选取30例普通肺炎患儿作为对照组,分别测定患儿血清CK-MB和cTnI水平等。结果 观察组血清cTnI与CK-MB水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组cTnI检测阳性率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 在重症肺炎中应用血清CK-MB及肌钙蛋白检测,可提高重症肺炎诊断准确率,为患儿提供有效的诊治方法,改善患儿预后情况。

Objective To analyze the clinical application value of the serum CK-MB and troponin detection in severe pneumonia. Methods Thirty children with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from June to October 2013 were selected as observation group and meanwhile 30 children with ordinary pneumonia were selected as control group.The children＇s serum CK-MB and cTnI level was detected respectively. Results The serum cTnI and CK-MB level of ob- servation group was significantly higher than that of control group respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The positive detection rate of cTnI in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of serum CK-MB and troponin detection in severe pneumonia can improve the accurate diagnosis rate of severe pneumonia,proVide effective diagnosis and treatment method to the children and improve the children＇s prognosis.
