危急值报告环节质量控制中存在的问题与对策

Problems and countermeasures in the process quality control of critical value report

建立临床危急值报告制度是保证患者安全目标措施之一,执行危急值报告制度是为了更好地保证患者安全。但在临床工作中常有"危急值报告环节质量缺陷"发生,给患者安全带来隐患。本研究对临床危急值报告环节质量中存在的问题进行分析并提出改进措施。

Establishment of critical value reporting system is one of goals ensuring the patients safety,critical value reporting system can ensure the patients safety more better.However,the process quality defect of critical value report often occur in the clinical work,bringing hidden danger of critical value report in clinical work are analysised to the patients safety.The problems in the process quality control and their countermeasures are given in this paper.
