血液净化治疗妊娠急性脂肪肝器官功能障碍的效果

Effect of blood purification treating acute fatty liver of pregnancy organ dysfunction

目的 探讨血液净化治疗妊娠期急性脂肪肝（AFLP）器官功能障碍的临床效果。方法 对本院2013年7月~2014年5月行血液净化治疗的AFLP器官功能障碍15例患者的临床治疗方法和疗效进行回顾性分析。结果15例患者均全部治愈,17例新生儿中12例存活,存活率为70.6%,且所有患者治疗后的主要实验室指标和炎症因子均较治疗前明显改善（P〈0.05）。结论 血液净化在AFLP器官功能障碍患者的治疗中可明显提高救治率,降低孕产妇死亡率。

Objective To discuss the blood purification treating acute fatty liver of pregnancy （AFLP） organ dysfunction. Methods The clinical methods and the curative effect in 15 cases with AFLP organ dysfunction treated by blood purification from July 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results 15 patients were cured, 12 cases were survival among 17 newborns,the survival rate was 70.6%,and the main laboratory indicatorsand inflammatory cytokines were significantly improved after treatment compares with before treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with AFLP organ dysfunction,blood purification can obviously improve the cure rate,reduce maternal mortality.
