原发性头痛与焦虑抑郁的关系及抗焦虑抑郁治疗的效果

Correlation between primary headache and anxiety,depression and effect of anti-anxiety depression treatment

目的 探讨原发性头痛与焦虑抑郁的关系及抗焦虑抑郁治疗的效果。方法 选取2012年1月~2014年1月本院收治的100例原发性头痛患者,依据随机数字表法将患者分为观察组、对照组,每组各50例。对照组患者给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗。结果 治疗前,两组患者的HADS、NRS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后2、4周,观察组患者的HADS、NRS评分均明显比对照组低（P〈0.05）。治疗后2周,观察组、对照组患者的头痛减轻有效率分别为32%（16/50）、20%（10/50）,两组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后4周,观察组患者的头痛减轻有效率为66%（33/50）,明显高于对照组的36%（18/50）（P〈0.05）。结论 原发性头痛与焦虑抑郁密切相关,抗焦虑抑郁治疗的效果显著。

Objective To investigate the correlation between primary headache and anxiety,depression and effect of anti-anxiety depression treatment. Methods 100 cases with primary headache in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected,these patients were divided into the observation group （n=50） and the control group （n=50） according to the random number table.Patients in the control group were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule, patients in the observation group were treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablet on the basis of the control group. Results There was no statistical difference of HADS, NRS score before treatment between the two groups （P〉0.05）,and HADS,NRS score after 2 and 4 weeks treatment of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the con- trol group （P〈0.05）.The effective rate of headache easing after 2 weeks treatment in the observation group and the control group was 32% （16/50）,20% （10/50） respectively,and there was no statistical difference in the two groups （19〉 0.05）; after 4 weeks treatment,the effective rate of headache easing in the observation group [66% （33/50）] was significantly higher than that in the control group [36%（18/50）] （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Primary headache is closely related to anxiety, depression,the effect of anti-anxiety depression treatment is remarkable.
