摘要 介绍一种以"运维对象"的可靠性评价为基础,把对象分层分级进行管理,并按照层级,建立对应的运行维护标准和规范,指导信息系统的监控、应急、隐患排查、检修等具体工作,以期实现运维资源的优化配置,提高运维效率的方法。该方法以企业"重要的信息系统"为对象,依据信息系统可靠性评价模型,基于组成系统的网络、主机、存储、部署架构等关键环节的保护程度,对系统进行静态可靠性评价,基于系统存在的隐患缺陷、运行规律对系统进行动态可靠性评价,综合两种评价结果,最终确定系统的可靠性程度。依据可靠性评价结果,把对象分层分级,并建立与之对应的标准化、规范化运维"作业指导书",开展针对性、差异化的运行方式安排。 This article has proposed a new maintenance model, which has provided a method for hierarchical and level-to-level of information system base on the reliability evaluation theory. In accordance with the level , it can establish the corresponding operation and maintenance standards system in term of guidance monitoring, emergency, troubleshooting, maintenance and so on. operation of information system, in order to optical allocation of maintenance resources and improve the efficiency of operation. By taking the key information system of enterprise as its object of study, it can complete the static quantitative reliability evaluation of the whole system by utilizing this technique to carry on the degree of protection mode to the information system and its main component modules, including network, host, storage, deployment architecture and so on, and it can achieve the dynamic reliability evaluation based on the hidden defects existing in the system and operation rules. Considering the static and dynamic two kinds of analysis results, it can be easy to evaluate the reliability of the information system. According to the results of reliability evaluation, it can complete hierarchical classification of information system and establish corresponding with standardization, standardized operations work instructions, and then the different operation mode can be arranged.
