As an old saying goes, "Many hands make light work." Nowadays, going it alone is outdated. Collective intelligence is needed to give full play to team power in modem production and management. Thus, team members can leam from each other, get inspired and make progress. It is only through teamwork that an individual-organization win-win situation can be achieved. Following the construction of a function equation: M=f(gl,g2,el,e2) (M Motivation, gl: Goal, g2: Governor, el: Economy, e2: Environment), this article puts forward some measures and suggestions with respect to how to enhance team learning motivation. The issue is discussed from the following four aspects: 1) Employees' identity with work goal; 2) Govemors' personality; 3) Good investment returns; 4) Sound team environment.
